Terms of service

- Please include the link to the rigger's social media or commission website in your chosen platform profile!
- Currently no restriction on a type of character that can be commissioned. Non-humanoid characters, complex designs and NSFW are allowed.
- Non-humanoid (previously termed non-human) models are models which are designed to deviate significantly from a human-type anatomy. Please refer to the showcase examples if you are unsure of what it means - in practice it covers designs resembling animals, plants, objects etc. A non-human fantastical creature that as far as drawing and rigging is concerned looks like a human with a few minor alterations will be covered under regular pricing scheme.
- Please specify a target tracking program so the model can be properly adjusting to tracking.
- For PV please specify a target resolution and for game engine animations please specify a target SDK. That is to avoid incompatibilities in the product.
- The price covers commercial rights for an individual user. The company prices are negotiable individually.
- Payment is primarily through PayPal, for alternative methods of sending money please contact the modeller. The preferred currency is the American Dollar (USD).
- If you're an artist preparing a PSD for a model and you're unsure how to part the artwork, please refer to this guide. Or this one. And this one explains in great depth how to prepare clothes for the body. Kira Omori and YoshinoArt have their respective, more modern series about Live2D preparation too.
- A client gets placed into a queue after half a price is paid upfront. The second half of a price is paid after a motion capture demo gets shown to a client and gets their approval.
- Preliminary design sketches, while included in design price, are started after first payment.
- Minor revisions do not have a limit. Those constitute error corrections and small adjustment on a model without adding anything new.
- Major revisions need to be explicitly discussed and are not preferable. Those constitute new elements added that are not already in the pricing list or larger adjustments to the movement. A redesign of an already drawn outfit project mid-commission will be charged as a new outfit + art costs if applicable.
- The first half of a payment is refundable only if a project deadline is crossed without an explicit reason.
- The modeller is allowed to show the models in online showcases unless there is an explicit prohibition from a client.
- The models cannot be resold, traced or modified without modeller's and artist's permission.
